2. Products and Purchases

Plant Material: All cuttings and live plants are shipped in compliance with applicable state and federal regulations. It is your responsibility to ensure dragon fruit plants are permitted in your region.

Product Descriptions: We strive for accuracy in all product descriptions, images, and pricing. We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel orders where pricing was clearly erroneous.

Pricing: All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Live plant orders (cuttings) are typically shipped Monday–Wednesday to minimize transit time and ensure plant health.

4. Payment

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the full order amount.

5. Shipping and Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

See our Return Policy for details. Live plants and perishable items (fresh fruit, sorbet) are subject to special conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is owned by Sky Botanicals and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
