Shipping Information

We take great care in packaging and shipping our botanical products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Processing Times

- Standard orders: 1–3 business days
- Live plant orders: Processed and shipped Monday–Wednesday only (to avoid weekend transit)
- Fresh fruit/sorbet: Shipped Monday–Wednesday with ice packs

Free shipping is automatically applied to all orders over $150 (after discounts).

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 US states and Canada. Some states may have restrictions on importing live plant material — please check your local regulations.

Live Plant Shipping Notes

- Cuttings are wrapped in moist sphagnum moss and secured in rigid boxes
- We do not ship live plants during extreme weather (heatwaves, freezes)
- Orders placed Thursday–Sunday will be held for Monday shipping

Perishable Item Shipping

Fresh fruit and sorbet ship with insulated packaging and ice packs. These items should be placed in the refrigerator/freezer immediately upon arrival.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@skybotanicals.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
