Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here's everything you need to know about returns and refunds.

Live Plants & Cuttings

Arrival Guarantee: If your cutting or plant arrives dead or severely damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will reship or issue a full refund at our discretion.

Healthy Arrivals: Because live plants are perishable, we cannot accept returns on healthy plants. If you change your mind after receiving a healthy cutting, we unfortunately cannot process a return.

What we need: Clear photos of the damage/condition and your order number, sent to support@skybotanicals.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Fresh Fruit

Fresh dragon fruit is perishable. If your fruit arrives in unacceptable condition (moldy, crushed, etc.), contact us within 24 hours with photos for a replacement or refund.

Sorbet

Our sorbet ships with ice packs. If your sorbet arrives fully melted or in unacceptable condition, contact us within 24 hours with photos.

Non-Perishable Items (Grafting Kits, Accessories)

Non-perishable items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unopened and in original condition. Customer pays return shipping.

To initiate a return: Email support@skybotanicals.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a return shipping label for eligible items.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
